Dr John Ng is the President of Meta, which provides leadership development, organizational cultural change, and customercentric consultancy to top international corporations. He serves as Honorary Chair of the Board of Governance for both EMCC (Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre) and Eagles Communications.

An expert in mediation and conflict management, John is also EMCC's Mediation Consultant. He is an appointed mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre as well as the Ministry of Law, Singapore. Well versed in the art of motivation and management, he is a highly sought after speaker. John has a PhD in Interpersonal Communication from Northwestern University, USA.
